Our Booking Policy is as follows; 1. Payment is required before arrival 2. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only 3. Check in is 3pm 4. Check out time is 10am

Cancellation Policy: For a cancellation it would be a 50% refund cancelling 4 weeks prior to arrival and anything after that would be a full  charge to the payment that is the way i do it at the moment and hence no cancellation unless an emergences and obviously that would be different..
